National Interviewing Manager

• Resource planning and acquisition

• Training and development
• Direct client contact and budgeting
• Development of new technologies and processes
• Includes regional and intestate travel

NSW Interviewing Manager

• Project interviewing management and resourcing
• Call centre management and Quality control
• Oversee team of supervisors and up to 100 interviewing staff

Supervisors – 3+ positions

• Running a call centre with 35 operators in shift
• Supervising central location and door-to-door interviewing
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Training, coaching and development of interviewers
• 15 to 50 hours per week
• Weekday daytime, evening and weekend work

All positions require

• Some experience in market and social research
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Great people and communication skills
• General computer skills and strong excel skills
• Current working visa or Australian citizenship
• Perfect spoken and written English

Preferable

• Experience with Surveycraft
• Drivers licence and own car
• Experience in training or certified trainer
• Some tertiary education, either a completed degree or part way through study.

Market research interviewing
If you like talking and listening to people, then you will find market research interviewing very fulfilling. Most interviewing is conducted by telephone from our offices in the evenings from 5pm to 9pm, and on Saturdays between 9:30am and 5:30pm. Interviewers who have certificates indicating that they have already completed IQCA training are only required to attend an induction and refreshers training course.
